We start with an initial consultation to discuss your ideas, vision, and budget to understand your preferences and requirements. This is where we get to know your style, needs, and dreams for your big day.
Based on our discussion, we provide a detailed proposal outlining our services, timeline, and pricing. Once you’re ready, we finalise the agreement and the fun begins!
We collaborate with you to develop a cohesive and considered style that reflects your personality and vision. From colour schemes to furniture selection, we brainstorm creative ideas to make your wedding uniquely yours.
We create visual mood boards to help you visualise the overall look and feel of your wedding or event. This helps in refining your ideas and making decisions about styling elements.

We create a comprehensive plan covering every aspect of your wedding or event, from the budget and vendor selection to the timeline and logistical details.
We assist in selecting and coordinating with trusted vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, lighting, and more, ensuring they align with your vision and requirements.

As your event approaches, we will review all details, confirm bookings, and finalise the schedule. We ensure that every aspect is in place and aligned.
We handle the setup by rolling up our sleeves to personally make sure all elements of your event are picture perfect. We oversee the event, managing deliveries and liaising with suppliers and ensure everything runs according to plan. We’re there to manage the unexpected issues.
After the festivities, we assist with the pack down and ensure that all rented items are returned. We also provide a final review to wrap up our services and celebrate the success of your event.
