hayley & co sprang to life in 2009 due to one thing and one thing alone - the standard ‘nice’ events. The kinds of events that have everything functionally in the right place, and all the guests amicably agreeing that ‘this all looks… ‘nice’ but are nothing special.

hayley & co is distinguished by our personalised approach, creative vision, and dedication to excellence. We take the time to understand each client's unique style and vision, ensuring every event we create is truly special. Our attention to detail, innovative designs, and seamless execution set us apart in the industry.

With a longstanding career in visual merchandising & styling and an entrepreneurial spirit, Hayley knew that she could take the humdrum of ‘nice’, cookie-cutter events and turn them into dynamite. And she’s been doing it 15 years since.

Hayley also created sister company Hayley the Hirer to offer the very best furniture and premium hire items in the industry. She is constantly innovating and adding to the collection to ensure leadership and the very best for her customers. Hayley is an innovator and constantly evolving, where the rest follow.

What started with a spark has now grown to an evolving team of dedicated professionals, a network of trusted suppliers and two amazing companies, equipped to make magic at any event across New Zealand and beyond.

The ‘Hayley’ in ‘hayley & co’ is our Founder and Creative Director, Hayley Harding.

Before starting hayley & co, Hayley elevated the Country Road brand in both Australia & New Zeland through her work as a Visual Merchandiser, and brings that same passion and eye for detail and quality with everything she does.

Hayley truly is the cornerstone of the work we do, and every event we have created, no matter how big or small, has had style sign-off from her.
